Cancellations, Returns and Refunds
The Customer may cancel orders once accepted by Nero by obtaining written permission. Non catalogue products that have been specially manufactured may not be cancelled or returned.The Customer may only return products to Nero, and receive a credit or refund and on the following conditions:
The Customer must contact us prior to the return of any products to obtain prior consent and obtain a returns number (to be quoted on all returned paperwork).
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date of delivery (as stated on the delivery documentation). Products must be returned to in their original condition and in a condition which will enable them to be immediately fit for re-sale. Products must be returned adequately packed and despatched freight prepaid, clearly labelled to: CUSTOMER RETURNS DEPARTMENT, NERO Pipeline Connections Ltd, Unit 2, Union Road, Oldbury, West Midlands, B69 3EX
The Customer must quote the invoice details or the Nero reference number.
For products returned due to Customer error or no longer required and returned in accordance with above a handling charge of 15% will be applied.
Refunds We will make all refunds to the card used for payment within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
